There is a cleaning charge in every reservation. This is for the departure cleaning we do after check out to get the apartment ready for the next customers. If you would like to have a daily cleaning service, please let us know before arrival. There is an extra charge for this service. |

How secure are my credit card details? |
|
We use the strongest commercially available encryption technology when you send your credit card details to us. These details are sent by a secured mode using ‘Secure Sockets Layer’ (SSL) encryption technology to our systems and is not made available to any outside sources. The payment is then processed offline and a deposit is charged on behalf of Freestanza. The secure server is separate to the server that runs this website and is maintained by Hostalia Internet S.L. |

How do I pay the remaining balance? |
The remaining amount of the total charge will be paid directly in CASH upon arrival unless the web page of the apartment indicates that the owner also accepts credit cards. Check the particular conditions in the web page of your apartment to know if the owner accepts credit cards and the fee charged if applicable. |

How will I get the keys of the apartment? |
|
You will be met at the apartment in Barcelona upon your arrival by the owner/contact person who hand over the keys and also show you around the apartment. |

Do you provide bedding and towels? Are supplies included? |
|
All the apartments are provided with bed linen, covers and bath towels. The apartments will also have some essentials to get you going, e.g. toilet roll, hand soap, etc. However, please note that we do not provide toiletries. The supplies (water, light and gas) are also included in the rental rates of the apartments. |

Will I need an adaptor for using the appliances in the apartment? |
|
For all appliances you might bring on your travels like electric shavers, curling irons etc., you will need a continental European adaptor. |

Do I have to pay for children? |
|
It depends on the apartment. Generally children under 2 years old stay free but check the particular conditions in the web page of each apartment to know the child policy applicable. |

How do I get to Barcelona city centre from Barcelona El Prat airport? |
1.- By taxi: It takes 25-30 minutes. The approximate cost is 25 euros. 2.- TRAIN to 'Estació de Sants' rails station, 'Plaça Catalunya' in the city centre or 'Estaciò de França' rails station. The train runs every 30 minutes and the journey from the airport takes 20-30 minutes. The fare is 2,40 euros per person. Train info. 3.- BUS to Plaza Catalunya. The 'Aerobus' leaves the terminals every 6-15 minutes. It takes 30 minutes to reach 'Plaza Catalunya'. The fare is 3,75 euros per person (purchase the ticket on the bus). There is shuttle bus from Girona airport to the 'Estació del Nord' bus station in central Barcelona, from where you can catch the metro ('Arc de Triomf' station, line 1) to the city centre. The journey from Girona takes around 1 hour 15 minutes, and a return ticket costs €19. Bus info. |

Up to 31 days prior to arrival we refund 100% of the reservation fee (- 5% for bank fees). From 30 to 11 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. From 11 to 2 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. Less than 2 days for no shows will be charged with the total amount of rent. |
